The Inflatable Penile Implant for neopenis is a prosthesis that allows patients to simulate an erection. It is comprised of an inflatable cylinder, which is implanted in the neopenis. The cylinder is connected to a reservoir filled with saline solution and to a manual pump. Those are implanted in the pelvis and the neo-scrotum.
