ZSI 100 is available in three different diameters to suit patients’ corpora cavernosa anatomy: 9mm, 11mm, 13mm.
Adjustable from 25 cm to 12 cm
The surgeon can reduce the length from the distal part and the proximal part, to suit the individual patient’s anatomy. This allow the device to be modified to maximise the patient’s comfort.
The flexible distal part of the ZSI malleable implant has been designed to mimic the natural bending of the penis during erection. This flexibility also ensures optimum comfort of the glans in the flaccid position.
The ZSI implant’s excellent shape memory is an important feature which increases patient comfort. The less readily the implant resumes its shape after bending, the more comfortable it will feel in a resting position, in the patient’s trousers.
The cylinders of the penile implant are inserted within the corpora cavernosa residing on either side of the penis. No tissue is removed to insert the cylinders. They are place where previously blood would flood and cause the penis to be erect.
The penile implant does not affect the patient capacity to urinate, to ejaculate or neither the natural sensitivity of the penis nor the glans.
